The product must be in its original condition as purchased, with all accessories and in its original packaging. The customer must provide proof of this with a video.
If the product has been opened for the following products (tablet, mobile phone), it cannot be returned.
If the customer purchases a package or offer bundle, the customer must return all products included in the bundle. Partial returns are not permitted, provided that all products are in their original condition.
The customer bears the shipping costs for returns, exchanges, and maintenance.
Opened products cannot be returned or exchanged unless a manufacturing defect is proven. Please note that non-exchangeable products are those that violate or fall outside the warranty terms, such as (misuse, cutting, breakage, a product opened in a condition other than its original condition, failure to follow operating instructions, exposure to water if the product is not waterproof, external maintenance, or complete or partial failure of the device due to the use of accessories incompatible with the device’s specifications).
The store has the right to cancel any customer’s order in the event of a defect on the website, an error in the stated price, or the product’s stock running out. The customer will be refunded to their bank account or card. The customer has no right to claim the product back.
